I'm happy you're here! I'm an NYC based mental health counselor passionate about co-creating healing relationships with teens 14+, individuals, & couples. I know that the past 2+ years of a global pandemic have been difficult, but I believe it also allowed many of us to slow down long enough to realize what's no longer serving us. Maybe it is an old habit, narrative, or belief system that's holding you back or maybe you've discovered something new about yourself you want to explore more deeply. Whatever's brought you to this courageous point, I'm honored to walk in this journey with you and help you embody your truth more fully.

My therapeutic approach is rooted firmly in compassion, positive regard, open-mindedness, & non-judgmental acceptance. I practice from a framework that acknowledges harm caused by larger social systems of oppression and makes space for all intersecting identities. As a white practitioner, I’m cognizant of the privilege I hold in the room and am committed to continuous anti-racism learning and action. Sex positive and kink-affirming, I also believe in challenging purity culture and embracing our expansiveness.

I’m a proud, queer mental health provider who earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama and my Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from NYU  where I focused my clinical training on LGBTQ+ identity. I’m excited to facilitate insight into relationship issues, anxiety, depression, sexuality, gender expression, transitioning, and dysphoria and to work with non-traditional relationship dynamics, BDSM, and sex workers. 

Knowing we are precious beings, we all deserve to lead lives that feel meaningful and connected. I strive to meet you where you're at and help you feel heard, held, and understood. In session you can expect that I will be responsive, collaborative, affirmative & even humorous, while honoring you as the expert of your life.

When not in my office, I can usually be found connecting with nature in upstate New York, spoiling my silly cat, Tostones, or soaking up NYC nightlife–catch me at the local drag show!
